Job summary

VK Power Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time role focuses on supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer interactions and ensuring smooth operations between sales and other departments.

You will follow up orders, coordinate with Production and Engineering, prepare documentation, and help with billing and project progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge with understanding of invoices, payments, tax and basic accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer Sales Orders (SO), production progress and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Site/Project teams.
• Follow up site project progress, material requirements and related arrangements.
• Prepare and organize DO, Invoice, Progress Claim and other sales/project documentation.
• Follow up billing, payment, retention and customer reconciliation matters.
• Update and monitor customer orders, production, delivery and project progress.
• Maintain proper sales and project documents and records.
• Follow up outstanding matters and report delays, issues or abnormalities to the superior promptly.
• Handle a small amount of customer enquiries and quotation preparation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

About the role

VK Power Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak. As Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations between sales and other departments. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and efficient order processing.

What you’ll be doing
