Job summary

SF Metal Sdn Bhd, a Penang-based metal fabrication company established in 2012, is seeking an administrative assistant to support daily operations across filing, data entry, and document management.

You will assist the sales and finance teams, prepare delivery orders and invoices, maintain customer databases, and coordinate communications to ensure timely resolution of issues, while performing ad-hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handling daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Providing support to the sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries
• Preparation of delivery orders, invoices, and other documentation
• Maintaining and updating the company's customer databases
• Liaising with internal departments and external to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
• Support the finance team with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
