S.E.A Metal Can Industry (M) SDN.BHD is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team in Klang, Selangor. This full‑time role focuses on supporting sales operations, coordinating with production and logistics, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, excellent English communication, and a Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative or sales support role.
• Excellent communication abilities in English, and preferably Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders, quotations and customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records within company systems
• Preparing sales documentation including invoices, delivery notes and order confirmations
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
• Following up with clients regarding order status, delivery updates and payment terms
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships
• Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics
• Coordinating with other departments to address customer requirements and special requests
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities

About the role

S.E.A Metal Can Industry (M) SDN.BHD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Klang, Selangor. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our internal teams whilst maintaining our commitment to exceptional service delivery. What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative or sales support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support
• Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the metal or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Sales or a related field is preferred
