This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting all stages of the sales cycle to ensure a smooth workflow.

Based in Malaysia, the company emphasizes quality, timely shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on the company's services and products.
• Assisting with documentation, and administrative support.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-up.
• Manage customer order with prepare quotation, checking and compile product info, project info and etc.
• Handle the processing of shipments with accuracy and timeliness
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned.

We are specialized in manufacturing, marketing and trading of aluminium extrusions, profiles, ladders, accessories and etc. which is widely used in various sectors such as constructions, industries, furniture, agriculture and house-hold sectors.

Our 6-acres manufacturing plant is located at Ijok, Selangor. Our existing integrated production facilities including extrusion presses have an annual production capacity of 10,000 metric tonnes. We constantly develop and sources for new innovative products, ideas and solution to stay ahead of competition within the industry.
