Job summary

WINSTAR ALUMINIUM MANUFACTURING SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Sales Admin to support records, orders, and sales operations. You will maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and sales data, and assist the sales team with reports and tracking.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication and teamwork, and multitasking with minimal supervision are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date records of customer data, orders, and sales reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Support the sales team in tracking outstanding orders and collection payments.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
• Ensure all sales-related paperwork complies with company policy.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
