CTC Titanium in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Sales Support/Coordinator to assist the sales team with order follow-up, quotations, and delivery coordination. This role will ensure accurate processing of orders and smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

You will monitor stock levels, issue delivery orders, and generate production job sheets to support timely manufacturing. Strong coordination with sales and production is essential to meet delivery targets in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist salesperson to follow up on sales orders including the purchase of sales materials.
• Issue quotation, invoice and DO.
• Monitor stock inventory and top up.
• Issue Job sheet to production for a sales order.
• Liaise with customer/ salesperson on delivery.
