JHM Consolidation Berhad seeks qualified professionals to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) sample builds, track timelines, and ensure on-time delivery. You will coordinate cross-division teams including NPI, Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics to plan actions that meet delivery dates and changes while updating customers on project status.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-division teams (NPI, Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics) to meet NPI/MP delivery dates and changes.
• Manage MP builds, forecast & PO, distribute materials, coordinate with planners to ensure on-time shipment.
• Serve as communication window between customers and internal teams for project status, shortages and changes.
• Coordinate with BD on tooling, engineering changes, expedite costs and convey quotations to customers.

Guide New Product Introduction (NPI) samples builds, track timelines, ensure on-time delivery and meet project milestones.

Organize and drive internal cross division teams (NPI, Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing and Logistic), to plan and execute actions to meet NPI & MP delivery dates, engineering changes and customers inquiries and requests.

Manage MP builds, received forecast & PO, distribute internally, counter check buyers purchase materials accordingly, work with planner to plan production for on time shipment. Whenever there are forecast changes, coordinate internally to adjust to the changes or propose new shipment plans to customers.

Act as window of communication between customers and internal teams in term of Project status update, materials shortages, production plans, involve in quality issue status update, customer change request & etc.

Work with BD team whenever there are tooling cost, engineering changes cost, expedite cost and etc. and convey the quotations to customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese language

Basic knowledge of PCBA and modules manufacturing processes are added point

Design, SMT production and assembly of automotive rear, interior and front headlamp lighting, inclusive of shifter control and turn signal indicator.

SMT production and assembly for Industrial and Horticultural products.
