Job summary

Intercontinental Specialty Fats Sdn Bhd (ISF) in Malaysia seeks a Sales Support Coordinator to handle a high volume of customer enquiries while delivering high-quality service. You will assist customers by understanding their needs and preparing quotations.

You will support the sales team by coordinating delivery schedules and managing sales documentation, while negotiating terms when appropriate and following up via email or phone.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 1 year in Sales/Marketing; willing to travel.

Job description

Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of services.

Prepare and then follow up on any sale quotation made for customers, negotiate terms with the customers at a cost best suited for the company.

To assist sales team, focusing mostly on managing delivery schedule and the distribution on any sales documentation.

Efficiently respond to any email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

Liaise between other department and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer needs.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 1 years working experiencein Sales/Marketing job scope. However, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to work with other departments to achieve Company's objective and targets.

Able to support communication with Chinese-speaking clients.

Readiness to travel and possess own transport.
