Job summary

RainTree Medical is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. You will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, processing customer orders, quotations, invoices and delivery documentation, and coordinating with warehouse, logistics, finance and other internal departments.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring that customer orders, quotations, sales documentation, deliveries and related activities are processed accurately and efficiently. The role requires good coordination with customers, sales representatives, warehouse, logistics, finance and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities :

• Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and other relevant documentation.
• Follow up on customer orders and provide updates on order status, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
