Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia invites applications for a Sales position to promote PF and PF-i products and to achieve individual targets while contributing to group goals.

You will prepare proactive sales plans, leverage internal marketing and self-generated leads, and cross-sell other retail banking products. The role emphasizes customer experience and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field (min CGPA 2.8).
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales and management.
• Highly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with engaging people, prefers doing sales and take personal responsibility on delivering results
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
• Demonstrate initiative, perseverance and passion in delivering results within fast paced and highly demanding environment
• Ability to relate and connect to local community
• Good written and verbal communication skills (local knowledge and dialect is a plus)
• Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products
• Basic computer skills
