Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a Sales Officer to promote PF-i products and achieve personal targets in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia. You will leverage internal marketing and self-generated leads to engage prospective customers.

You will also deliver high-quality customer service, ensure regulatory compliance, and support branch operations while building relationships with the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and customer service.
• Possession of relevant licenses for the assigned portfolio.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, self-initiated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and taking personal ownership of results.
• Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to relate to and connect with the local community.
• Basic understanding of finance and banking products.
• Basic computer proficiency.
