Job summary

Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales & Service Executive to join the team across Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor Bahru. This full-time role focuses on acquiring new business while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction in the hygiene and wellness sector.

You will present our products, service customers effectively, and work towards monthly and quarterly targets. Training is provided, and travel is required with a commission-based earnings model that rewards performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by servicing customers
• Present and demonstrate hygiene and wellness products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Prepare sales documentation and follow up on leads promptly
• Manage after-sales service and support
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide product training and technical support as needed
• Keep accurate records of sales activities in the system
• Collaborate with Customer Connect & Service teams to ensure seamless service
• Attend trainings and events to promote the brand and generate leads

Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Service Executive to join our sales team in Penang/Kuala Lumpur/Johor Bahru. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As a Sales & Service Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, responsible for both acquiring new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role is essential to our company's success, as you will directly contribute to revenue generation whilst delivering outstanding service that sets us apart in the competitive hygiene and wellness industry.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through interacting and servicing customers.
• Present and demonstrate our hygiene and wellness products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and solutions tailored to their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare sales documentation and follow up on leads and enquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage and provide excellent after-sales service
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning
• Conduct product training and provide technical support to customers as needed
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and transactions using our system
• Collaborate with Customer Connect & Service teams to ensure seamless service provision and customer satisfaction
• Attend company's training, briefing and events to promote our brand and generate leads
