Job summary

Jadore Bakehouse JB in Skudai, Johor, invites you to join as a friendly retail assistant to help customers explore our bread and pastry range and keep the shop running smoothly.

You will manage cashiering, restock displays, maintain cleanliness, and assist with opening/closing procedures, with overtime pay and standard benefits in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers with product recommendations and orders.
• Handle cashiering using a POS system and daily sales reconciliation.
• Arrange and restock displays to ensure freshness and presentation.
• Keep the retail area, counters, and service points clean and organized.
• Manage simple customer inquiries and feedback, escalating when needed.
• Support basic packing, labeling and stock takes.
• Assist with opening/closing shop procedures.
