Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is hiring a front-line Retail Outlet Assistant to execute daily sales activities and help achieve targets across assigned outlets. You will support outlet operations, assist in product displays, wrapping gifts, and maintaining clean, well-organized merchandise areas.

The role requires a willing attitude, the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and basic knowledge of retail operations. PMR/SPM holders are welcome as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess PMR or SPM.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet.
• Assist in product display and wrapping of gift items.
• Ensure merchandise area is clean and tidy.
• Assist in customer service and other ad hoc duties as required.
