Job summary

Rainbow Distribution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated candidate to join our retail team. You will engage customers, address enquiries, and promote products and services based on customer needs.

You will support outlet promotions, participate in roadshows, ensure outlet cleanliness, manage opening/closing, stock takes, and prepare sales reports, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Have knowledge and be passionate about the products/services offered

Achieve personal sales target and contribute to the achievement of the outlet target

Provide positive customer experience by addressing customer enquiries, and recommending potential products and services depending on their needs

Support the implementation of appropriate customer service channels and solutions for managing customers’ concerns

Effectively execute any outlet promotions to increase sales revenue and customer experience

Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs

Prepare sales and service reports for the outlet as required by the outlet manager

Participate, prepare and carry out daily opening/closing as well as stock take according to SOPs as required

Participate in ad-hoc roadshows and events to ensure successful sell-out target achievement

Ensure cleanliness of the outlet and maintain proper display of the retail fixtures and demo units

Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
