Key Responsibilities 主要职责

Assist in managing key accounts, maintaining active sales pipelines. 协助管理核心客户，跟进销售线索，并定期进行沟通。

Prepare accurate sales quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), and contracts in a timely manner. 高效、准确地准备销售报价单、采购订单（PO）及相关合同文件。

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and new business ventures to expand market share. 协助新品导入（NPI）项目及新业务拓展，以最大化市场份额与销售机会。

Assist the Sales Manager with market data collection, cost breakdown reviews, and target execution. 协助销售经理进行数据收集、成本核算分析及销售目标的执行。

Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination. 保持与内外部客户的紧密沟通，确保日常业务顺畅对接。

What We Are Looking For 任职要求

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 商科、工程类或相关专业大专/本科及以上学历。

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (Experience in Semiconductor or Automation industries is very highly preferred). 至少1–2年相关工作经验（有半导体或自动化设备行业经验者优先）

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SQL knowledge is an added advantage. 熟练掌握 MS Office （Word, Excel, PowerPoint）；会使用 SQL 者更佳。

Must be fluent in English and Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing) to liaise with clients. 中英文流利（听讲读写），能顺畅对接中文及英文客户。

Highly organized, proactive, strong problem-solving mindset, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting. 责任心强、细致严谨、抗压能力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通与多任务处理能力。
