Job & Responsibilities

• Telephone Communication: Actively handle high‑volume outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Sales Generation: Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features, benefits, and promotions via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, handle complaints professionally, and provide high‑quality service.
• Support & Admin: Assist with preparation of sales materials and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly/monthly store targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
• Strong phone and customer engagement skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp).
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working closely with different stakeholders.
