Job description

This role provides operational support to the Sales and Business Development teams within an industrial automation company, focusing on internal coordination, sales administration, and customer support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to the Sales and Business Development teams, including internal communication, cross-functional coordination, and task follow-up
• Assist the Sales team with quotations, orders, delivery arrangements, customer requests, and other sales-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient internal processes
• Assist in organizing customer and market information, and prepare product materials, reports, presentations, and other sales support documents
• Coordinate with internal teams including R&D, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and other relevant functions to respond to sales and customer needs in a timely manner
• Develop knowledge of the company's industrial automation products and related industries, and gradually participate in customer communication, product discussions, and business development activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with good English communication skills
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks and follow issues through to completion
• Interested in industrial automation and technical sales, with a willingness to build a long-term career in an international environment
• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural and multicultural environment with strong teamwork skills
• Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Office Administration is preferred
