Job summary

FOCUS INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a KEY ACCOUNT SALES ASSISTANT to support the sales team with data, orders, and client communications. The role offers a growth path toward larger account responsibilities in a dynamic automation environment.

The candidate should be diploma or higher, fluent in Chinese and English, and proficient in Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years in semiconductors or automation preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above (Business or Engineering background preferred).
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized.
• Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is a plus.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Automation industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining sales data and reports (orders, pipeline, etc.).
• Support order processing and follow-ups (placement, delivery timeline, shipment).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients to ensure accurate information flow.
• Provide daily support to Key Account Managers on projects and operations.

Industry: Intelligent Manufacturing / Automation 工业自动化

Basic Salary: RM2,800 – RM4,500 / month (Negotiable based on experience) 底薪（面议，视经验而定）

Fixed Allowance 固定补贴：RM300 per month

Extra Allowance 额外补贴：min RM200 per month 每个月至少马币两百

工作内容 Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining sales data and reports (orders, pipeline, etc.) 协助整理与维护客户订单数据，制作各类报表（订单、销售进度等）

Support order processing and follow-ups (placement, delivery timeline, shipment) 跟进订单流程（下单、交期、出货等）

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution 协调内部部门，确保订单顺利执行

Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and documentation 协助准备报价单、合同及相关文件

Communicate with clients to ensure accurate information flow 与客户保持基本沟通，确保信息准确传递

Provide daily support to Key Account Managers on projects and operations 支持大客户销售经理日常工作及项目推进

任职要求 Requirements

Diploma or above (Business or Engineering background preferred) 本科及以上学历（商科或工程类优先）

Can Speak Chinese & English 语言能力，会说中文+英文

Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized 做事细致严谨，责任心强，有良好的执行力

Proficient in Excel or basic data analysis skills 熟悉 Excel 或具备基本数据处理能力

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 良好的沟通能力，能跨部门协作

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 能够同时处理多项任务，具备一定抗压能力

Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is a plus 欢迎应届毕业生，有相关经验者优先

Experience in Semiconductor or Automation industries is very highly preferred 至少1–2年相关工作经验（有半导体或自动化设备行业经验者优先
