Job summary

FORTUNTECH MT TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant (Semiconductor/Automation) who is fluent in English and Chinese. You will support the Sales Manager to drive revenue, manage core accounts, and turn challenges into sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success. Responsibilities include preparing quotations and contracts, supporting NPI initiatives, collecting market data, and ensuring smooth

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience; semiconductor or automation industry preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken, read, and written) to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing key accounts and maintaining active sales pipelines.
Prepare accurate sales quotations, POs, and contracts in a timely manner.
Support NPI programs and new business ventures to grow market share.
Assist Sales Manager with market data collection, cost breakdowns, and target execution.
Act as a reliable contact point for clients and coordinate cross‑functionally.
