Job summary
Elite Precision Components Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales & Application Engineer to promote heat exchangers and HVAC products, apply technical knowledge to understand customer needs, and support customers through the sales journey—from inquiry to quotations and order fulfilment.
The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 3 years in HVAC, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel locally or overseas. The company manufactures heat exchanger coils and related components.
Qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in a sales or application role.
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC products.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed and travel locally or overseas.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Sales: Promote and sell the company’s heat exchanger and HVAC products to customers.
- Manage Customer Accounts: Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage sales orders.
- Deliver Customer Solutions: Understand customer requirements and provide responsive service and support.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with customers and support their needs throughout the sales process.

As a Sales & Application Engineer, you’ll work with heat exchangers and HVAC products, applying your technical knowledge to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and support customers throughout the sales journey. From the first enquiry to quotations and order fulfilment, you’ll play an important role in delivering the right solutions while building lasting customer relationships.
Drive Product Sales: Promote and sell the company’s heat exchanger and HVAC products to customers.
Manage Customer Accounts: Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage sales orders.
Deliver Customer Solutions: Understand customer requirements and provide responsive service and support.
Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with customers and support their needs throughout the sales process.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in a sales or application role.
Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC products.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed and travel locally or overseas.

Elite Precision Components Sdn Bhd was established in 1991 and is principally involved in the manufacturing of component parts for the air conditioning industry and specializing in the fabrication of a wide range of Copper Tube Components, Blowers & Fans and Heat Exchanger Coils. The Company specializes in fabricating Multi-Bend Tubes, all types of Swaged and Expanded Tubes and Brazed Tubes in accordance to customer’s specifications and also produces Accumulators, Strainers, Twin Tube Joints etc.
The Company also specializes in both OEM and custom heat exchanger coils to serve the domestic and export market. It’s product applications include commercial and industry coils. With the recent trend, Elite Precision Components Sdn. Bhd. also venture in to the partnership of assembly air-cond equipment for major OEM customer.
