As a Purchasing Executive, you’ll play a key role in keeping procurement activities running smoothly. From sourcing materials and services to negotiating with suppliers and coordinating deliveries, you’ll help ensure the business gets what it needs, when it needs it, at the right value.

You'll also have the opportunity to build productive supplier relationships, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvements across purchasing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Source Smartly: Identify and purchase materials and services that meet business requirements.

Negotiate with Confidence: Secure favourable purchasing terms while building strong, productive supplier relationships.

Drive Supplier Performance: Review supplier performance and support ongoing improvements.

Keep Deliveries on Track: Coordinate delivery timelines to meet operational needs.

Stay Organised: Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.

Good negotiation and analytical skills.

Familiarity with procurement processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

The Company specializes in fabricating Multi-Bend Tubes, all types of Swaged and Expanded Tubes and Brazed Tubes in accordance to customer’s specifications and also produces Accumulators, Strainers, Twin Tube Joints etc.

The Company also specializes in both OEM and custom heat exchanger coils to serve the domestic and export market. It’s product applications include commercial and industry coils. With the recent trend, Elite Precision Components Sdn. Bhd. also venture in to the partnership of assembly air-cond equipment for major OEM customer.
