Job summary

Teras Megamaju Sdn Bhd is seeking an HVAC Engineer to join our on-site project teams in Malaysia. You will arrange workers, manage daily site updates to superiors, and ensure papers and paperwork are prepared and followed up on a daily basis.

The role requires a degree and at least 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged. You will coordinate materials, inspect sites for safety, provide technical advice, and help draw engineering plans and schedules for our hospital and medical

• Degree holder as minimum qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Arrange workers to site project.
• Update/report to the superior (daily).
• Prepare and follow up paperwork on site (daily).
• Organize materials/tools and ensure sites are safe and clean.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure materials/tools available.
• Provide technical advice and suggestions for project improvements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Draw up work schedules and communicate adjustments to crew and clients.
• Gather data, compile reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions.
• Complete QA and provide feedback to the team.

Work on site/ Frequently outstation

To arrange workers to site project

To update/ reportto the superior (daily)

Preparing and Follow-up paper work on site (daily)

Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
