Job summary

Elite Precision Components Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales & Application Engineer to promote heat exchangers and HVAC products, apply technical knowledge to understand customer needs, and support customers through the sales journey—from inquiry to quotations and order fulfilment.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 3 years in HVAC, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel locally or overseas. The company manufactures heat exchanger coils and related components.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in a sales or application role.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC products.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed and travel locally or overseas.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Sales: Promote and sell the company’s heat exchanger and HVAC products to customers.
• Manage Customer Accounts: Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage sales orders.
• Deliver Customer Solutions: Understand customer requirements and provide responsive service and support.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with customers and support their needs throughout the sales process.
