Job summary

Elite Precision Components Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper storage of materials. You will coordinate receiving activities, support production, and drive improvements in warehouse processes while complying with ISO 9001.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse management, SPM/STPM, and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.

Qualifications

• SPM or STPM qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in store or warehouse management.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese; Chinese language spoken and written is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording, documenting, and updating all stock movements in the ERP system.
• Oversee goods receiving; ensure receipts are entered into the ERP system promptly and accurately.
• Keep the store organised; ensure materials and components are stored, organised, and maintained.
• Support production by delivering correct materials, part numbers, and quantities on time.
• Take ownership of stock control; maintain accurate inventory records and stock counts.
• Coordinate monthly stock counts for the store area.
• Identify and implement improvements to inventory management and daily store processes.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and company procedures.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring inventory is accurate, materials are properly stored, and production receives the right items at the right time. You’ll take ownership of stock control, coordinate receiving activities, and identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Record, document, and update all stock movements accurately in the ERP system.

Oversee Goods Receiving: Ensure incoming goods are checked and receipts are entered into the ERP system promptly and accurately.

Keep the Store Organised: Ensure materials and components are properly stored, organised, and maintained.

Support Production: Make sure the correct materials, part numbers, and quantities are delivered to production on time.

Take Ownership of Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

Coordinate Stock Counts: Plan, coordinate, and conduct monthly stock counts for the store area.

Improve Store Operations: Identify and implement improvements to inventory management and daily store processes.

Maintain Compliance: Follow ISO 9001 requirements, company procedures, and SOPP.

Support the Team: Carry out other duties assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring

SPM or STPM qualification.

At least 3 years of experience in store or warehouse management.

Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese. Spoken and written Chinese is required.
