Job summary

Spearing Executive Search is recruiting a Field Applications Engineer based near Kuala Lumpur/Subang Jaya for a Global Fortune 500 client in electronics. You will drive technical sales strategies, work with customers, R&D and vendors, and align design-chains with regional teams.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, train the sales force on product capabilities, and develop tools to demonstrate product value. A strong background in MCU/DSP/FPGA/RF/analog design is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics/semiconductor/R&D.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of MCU/DSP/FPGA/RF/analog design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical sales strategies in different markets to promote new products and technologies.
• Build relationships with key decision makers.
• Provide product training to the sales team.
• Create presentations and sales tools to showcase product value.
• Manage products from start to finish with customers, sales, and vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
