Responsibilities

• Assist superior and management for smoothness and company's well being, and discuss and solve any problems or company-related issues
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Assist in strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities
• Arrange and manage all incoming and outcoming cases/patients in order to be done and supplied on time, cooperating with the operational department
• Handle all customer/patient, supplier enquiry, order and complaints for assigned area
• Conduct visits to hospitals, rehab centers, and patients' homes for clinic purposes
• Update records and details to superior or admin in charge, and submit files and documentations to admin
• Cooperate and discuss workflow and overall operation with team for the incharge area
• Comply to standard operating procedures (SOP) and regulations approved by management
• Discuss and provide ideas of marketing for boosting sales and company's income, and drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth
