Job summary

Johor Specialist Hospital is actively seeking candidates to handle marketing responsibilities, including prospecting clients and developing effective campaigns. In this role, you'll coordinate with various stakeholders, take feedback from clients, and work on enhancing sales through promotions.

Your contributions will also include tracking campaign performance and assisting in organizing events to enhance the hospital's image. The ideal candidate is proactive with a strong marketing background.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, approaching and closing deals with potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help develop effective campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners for campaign execution.
• Take in complaint/feedback from corporate clients and act upon it.
• Introduce new packages and promotions for improving or acquiring sales.
• Coordinate and plan projects undertaken by the department.
• Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports.
• Tailor packages to suit client’s requirements.
• Guide new staff and assist other related support staff.
• Support in organizing marketing events, trade shows, or webinars.
• Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Participate in committees and training related to job requirements.
• Participate in activities to enhance the hospital’s image.
• Create interactive content for media and social platforms.
• Plan, execute and track campaigns and leads.
• Attend inquiries regarding promotion leads from social media.
• Pre‑production, production and post‑production for digital advertisement.

• Tailor packages to suit client’s requirements.
