Job summary

NII HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. is seeking an administrative support staff to assist the sales team with daily operations in Penang. You will handle sales order processing, invoicing, customer inquiries, and stock-related tasks to ensure smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include managing phone and online inquiries, assisting walk-in customers, and coordinating with internal teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with basic Microsoft Office and SQL knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School, SPM or O Level.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Job description

Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in resolving administrative issues and coordinating with relevant departments.

Handle sales order processing and ensure orders are entered accurately in the system.

Prepare and issue invoices, and related sales documents for customers.

Attend to customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.

Manage incoming and outgoing customer phone calls professionally.

Respond to client inquiries and provide product or order-related information.

Handle walk-in customers, assist with product inquiries, and process purchases when required.

Manage Shopee platform operations, including processing online orders and responding to customer inquiries.

Monitor stock levels and assist in stock take when required.

Maintain proper documentation, record keeping, and filing system.

Handle and respond to online inquiries from customers.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
• Able to work for weekends with alternative leave on weekdays
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Knowledge in SQL is a plus
