Job summary

Prime Land Consultants in Malaysia is expanding its sales operations team to support CRM systems, market intelligence and reporting. The role focuses on managing leads, maintaining the CRM, and delivering dashboards to help the Business Development Manager.

Ideal for candidates with 3–5 years in sales ops or CRM support, strong English, and Mandarin who can work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with Australian and Malaysian teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years or more experience in sales operations, CRM management or sales support.
• Experience with Monday.com, Hubspot, Zoho or similar.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Canva for reports and visuals.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales leads and opportunities in Monday CRM.
• Track sales pipeline activity and ensure accurate CRM data.
• Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify and implement improvements to CRM workflows and Sales Processes.
• Research developers, architects and builders across Australia / Malaysia.
• Monitor council and planning websites for development opportunities.
• Maintain databases of industry contacts and project opportunities.
• Provide sales and marketing administrative support to the Business Development Manager.

Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Prime Land Consultants is an Australian land surveying and development consultancy operating across Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Malaysia team to support sales operations, CRM systems and market intelligence for our core business.

Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Business Analytics or Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain sales leads and opportunities in Monday CRM

· Track sales pipeline activity and ensure accurate CRM data

· Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards

· Identify and implement improvements to CRM workflows and Sales Processes

· Research developers, architects and builders across Australia / Malaysia

· Monitor council and planning websites for development opportunities

· Maintain databases of industry contacts and project opportunities

· Provide sales and marketing administrative support to the Business Development Manager

Requirements

· Confident working with CRM systems, sales and marketing data. Experience with Monday.com, Hubspot, Zoho or similar will be an advantage

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Proactive, analytical mindset

· Friendly with strong communication skills in English

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be an advantage
