Luxchem Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to support the Sales Administration Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the division. You will process customer orders, liaise with warehouse on stock and prepare delivery lists, while handling customer inquiries and follow-ups to optimize service levels.
The role requires a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce / Economics, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply and a
Report to / assist Manager, Sales Administration in the daily sales administration functions and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Division.
Process purchase orders from customers, check with warehouse on stock availability and prepare daily delivery list.
Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests and etc.
Follow up closely with Warehouse on the arrival of stock.
Prepare debit / credit notes and liaise with Finance & Accounts Department.
Assist in monitoring payment collection.
Ensure proper filing of documents / records.
Prepare reports such as sales report, purchase report and etc.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce / Economics or equivalent.
Applicants with a minimum 1 year of general administration experience will have an advantage.
Competent in using Microsoft Word an Excel
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
