Job summary

Weida Resources (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd in Kuching seeks a Sales Administration Executive to support the Sales Department with orders, quotations and documentation. You will coordinate with production, logistics and customers to ensure smooth delivery and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, has at least 2 years of experience, excels in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese, and is proficient with Microsoft Office. AutoCount experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Studies or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCount experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and keep proper customer records.
• Attend to sales inquiries from phone in and walk-in customers; provide customer service.
• Prepare Quotations; handle Purchase Orders, Sales Confirmations, Sales Orders and Invoices.
• Process Delivery Orders and liaise with customers on delivery and logistics matters.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Transport, Production, and Inventory for customer orders.
• Prepare warranties and all related sales documentation.
• Prepare credit checks and compile weekly/monthly Sales Reports for Management.

Job description

• Manage and keep proper customer records
• Provide customer service and administrative support to the Sales Department in the following scope:
  • a) attend to sales inquiries from phone in and walk-in customers
  • b) prepare Quotations
  • c) handle Purchase Orders, Sales Confirmation, Sales Orders, Invoice and Delivery Orders
  • d) liaise with customers on delivery and logistics matters
  • e) coordinate with Logistics and Transport Section
  • f) prepare warranties
  • g) handle all related sales documentation
  • h) prepare credit checks
  • i) coordinate with the Production Department and the Inventory Departments for the goods ordered by the customers
  • j) prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports for Management Review
  • k) undertake assignments as given by Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess a positive attitude, hardworking and a team player.
• Meticulous, willing to multi task and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Auto count will be an added advantage.
