Job summary

HWT All Parts Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its Ipoh base and seeks an Admin Executive to support daily sales administration, order processing and coordination with customers, warehouse operations and our Batu Caves Head Office.

You will prepare and process sales orders and related documents using SQL, handle daily branch administration, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with SQL Accounting / SQL system for sales order and document processing.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word and email.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks promptly.
• Experience in sales administration or branch administration will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and related sales documents using SQL.
• Handle daily branch administration, filing and customer / sales documentation.
• Coordinate customer orders, stock availability, delivery arrangements and warehouse matters.
• Maintain accurate order, stock movement and branch records.
• Follow up on customer orders and related documentation when required.
• Liaise with the Batu Caves Head Office and relevant internal teams.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Company.
