Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or general administration is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks promptly.
• Experience in an e-commerce or trading company will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with warehouse and relevant departments regarding stock and deliveries.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and outstanding matters.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records.
• Assist sales personnel with documentation, reports and general coordination.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers when required.
• Handle filing and documentation related to sales transactions.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
