Job summary

TS TONSON SDN BHD is seeking a motivated individual to support sales teams by handling customer inquiries, processing orders and invoices, and coordinating with production and drivers. The role requires effective communication via phone and email, and careful data entry in SQL Accounting Software.

You will prepare orders and quotations, monitor progress, and assist with scheduling and paperwork, contributing to timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries and provide admin and sales support to sales teams, handling sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders via SQL Accounting Software.
• Promptly respond to all sales inquiries via phone and email to maintain an effective work atmosphere.
• Prepare job orders, sales orders, and quotations; upload orders into SQL Accounting Software, monitor them, and update projected dates when needed.
• Understand company products and coordinate production arrangements and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the sales team and driver team to manage schedules, file essential paperwork, share information, and arrange driver trips.
• Identify client needs and expectations and ensure the best service and commitment aligned with these requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by management or supervisor.
