Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Administrator to support the Sales team with administrative duties, customer coordination, and sales documentation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements include at least 3 years in a related field, a Diploma certificate, and preferably experience in F&B.

Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B industry preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales for internal outlets, outstation customers and agents.
• Provide customer service following SOP.
• Promote products to new and existing customers.
• Handle debtor statements and petty cash.
• Promote products offline or online to increase sales.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales for internal outlets, outstation customers, and agents. Assist the Sales Administrator in handling walk-in and local customers when necessary.
• Provide customer service follow company SOP.
• Promote company products to new and existing customers.
• In charge of debtor statement, follow up monthly.
• In charge of petty cash for internal use.
• Promote company products via offline or online to increase sales.
• Handling weekly and monthly stock take.

Requirements

• At least 3 years and above working in related field;
• Posses Diploma Certificate or other related certification;
• Preferable having working experience in F&B Industry.
• Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Communication with Chinese clients is required.
• Good in communication skill and team player.
