Job summary

Salutary Avenue Manufacturing Services in Masai, Johor is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Sales team with documentation, quotations, and customer communications. You will help prepare proposals, process sales orders and POs, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will maintain customer records and sales reports, support sales activities and events, and provide excellent service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• :Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• :Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• :Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• :Good organizational and time-management skills.
• :Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product or service information
• Prepare and process sales orders, Purchase Orders (PO), and related documentation
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Purchasing, Store, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and sales performance updates
• Support the Sales team in arranging meetings, appointments, and customer visits
• Handle filing and general administrative tasks for the Sales Department
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
