Total Investment Sdn Bhd in Ipoh is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to support the sales team, handle customer inquiries by phone, in person, and email, and maintain accurate sales records.

You will prepare quotations, booking records and reports, coordinate with purchasers, bankers and solicitors on loan applications, and provide timely after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and maintain records.

Responsabilités

• Attend telephone enquiries, walk-in customers and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist sales team by providing project and sales information.
• Prepare and maintain sales documents, quotations, booking records and related documentation.
• Follow up on sales documentation and loan applications with purchasers, bankers and solicitors.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, property viewings and other sales activities.
• Provide after-sales support and handle enquiries/complaints.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and management updates.

Attend to telephone enquiries, walk-in customers and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Assist the sales team in attending to customer enquiries and providing relevant project and sales information.

Prepare and maintain sales documents, quotations, booking records and other related documentation.

Follow up on sales documentation and loan applications with purchasers, bankers and solicitors.

Liaise with purchasers on documentation, payments and other sales-related matters.

Coordinate and follow up on outstanding payments and debtor matters when required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchaser, sales and loan records.

Assist in preparing sales reports, sales status updates and other management reports.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, property viewings and other sales activities.

Provide administrative support for roadshows, property exhibitions, launches and other marketing activities.

Provide good customer service and after-sales support to purchasers.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments for follow-up and resolution.

Perform other sales administration and related duties as assigned by Management.
