Kubota Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to support the Sales Department by handling tractor registration documentation, orders and invoicing. The successful candidate will coordinate insurance, road tax, and vehicle registrations, while maintaining accuracy across multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential. Diploma/degree in Business Administration or related field is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Managing tractor PUSPAKOM inspection and JPJ registration documentation.
Coordinating insurance and road tax matters.
Preparing Purchase Orders and sales invoices.
Monitoring sales orders, stock movements and accessories.
Preparing invoices, Delivery Notes and other sales documentation.
Coordinating tractor registration and handover documents with Sales personnel.
Providing general administrative support to the Sales Department and branches.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience with JPJ/PUSPAKOM or vehicle registration processes is an advantage.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
