Kubota Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a service administrator to support field operations and service teams in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating service requests, preparing quotes, and tracking maintenance tasks to ensure timely delivery of services.
The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience in related operations, is fluent in Bahasa Melayu with basic English, and can join immediately. You will work with a team, sometimes overtime, to meet urgent deadlines and uphold company

Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and understand simple English.
Able to work in a team.
Able to work overtime on weekends or public holidays if required to complete urgent work.

Responsibility:
Providing prompt service and delivery are performed efficiently.
Providing and monitoring service quotes reached to customers promptly. Monitor quotes that convert to jobs.
Ensure SMC is performed according to schedule.
To compile and produce consumables report on a monthly basis.
To provide assistance and support on service administrative issues to all branches.
To follow through SOP for the service department and ensure correct implementation across the company.
