Job summary

Infinity Technology Support Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Sales Admin in Perai, Penang to support the Sales team with daily administrative tasks. You will prepare quotations, orders, invoices and delivery documents, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Accounts to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in administrative or sales support, strong MS Office skills, and good English and Mandarin communication. Fresh graduates are welcome; Malay is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative or sales support experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication in English and Mandarin; Malay is a plus.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Process customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounts departments.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide administrative support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and filing.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and other administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
