Job summary

Kiong Gay Plasterceil in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Support Outdoor Sales Representative to assist with quotations, orders, invoices and customer requirements, ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

You will handle walk-in customers and inquiries, coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics and Accounts, monitor customer activity and contribute to timely management reporting. This role offers exposure to end-to-end sales processes and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Support Outdoor Sales Representatives with quotations, orders, invoices and customer requirements.
• Handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and records according to SOP.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts for order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer activity and follow up on inactive accounts.
• Monitor AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and provide timely updates to Management.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
