Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support role to assist outdoor sales representatives with quotations, orders, invoices and customer requirements. You will handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email and in person, and maintain accurate sales documentation according to SOP.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts to ensure timely order fulfilment, monitor customer activity and AR collections, and provide timely reports to Management.

Responsibilities

• Support Outdoor Sales Representatives with quotations, orders, invoices and customer requirements.
• Handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and records according to SOP.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts for order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer activity and follow up on inactive accounts.
• Monitor AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and provide timely updates to Management.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
