Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and maintain relationships with existing key customers, ensuring timely delivery and responsive service.

You will coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics to guarantee smooth order fulfilment, monitor forecasts, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain records and support sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing key customers.
• Serve as the primary contact point for assigned customer accounts.
• Understand customers' business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Monitor customer orders, forecasts, and purchasing trends.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and sales-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and customer retention objectives.
