Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Sales to manage customer accounts, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in customer service or sales administration; knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Proactive, organized, and team-oriented candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or sales administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress.
• Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation.
• Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers.
