Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia invites a Supply Chain Operations Assistant (Temporary) to support our Supply Chain and Operations teams in monitoring critical parts, preparing daily and weekly reports, and coordinating with Operation Buyers to resolve material issues promptly.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, 0–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome and on-site work with attractive allowances is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly supply chain reports.
• Monitor outstanding and critical parts status.
• Follow up with Operation Buyers on overdue and critical materials.
• Coordinate with Operations/Production teams on material availability.
• Track and update outstanding issues and follow-up actions.
• Highlight potential material shortages and delivery delays.
• Support other Supply Chain and Operations activities as required.
