Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Sales to manage customer accounts, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating across departments to monitor orders, prepare quotations, and provide timely updates on progress.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration, with manufacturing experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress.
• Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation.
• Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers.
