Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Sales to manage customer accounts, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and maintain strong client relationships. The role focuses on coordinating quotations, monitoring orders, and delivering timely updates to customers.

You will liaise with existing and potential clients to grow business and prepare monthly sales reports. The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least 1 year in customer service or sales administration, with strong

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration; manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.

Mansioni

• Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress.
• Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation.
• Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers.
