Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and maintain good business relationships.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat orders and increase sales volume.
• Introduce and promote new products to existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand business with existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and pricing discussions professionally.
• Work closely with the Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Identify potential new customers and support local market development.
• Prepare regular customer visit reports and sales updates.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
