Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; diploma or higher.
• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, industrial, machinery, paint or related industries.
• Experience in protective coating, flooring, paint or industrial sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong passion for sales and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
• Good negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for customer visits and project follow-ups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, following up on ongoing projects, and providing suitable protective floor coating solutions based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements
